Digicom Officer

You will be responsible for end-to-end digital communication, content creation, website & e-commerce management, videography, and digital storytelling that strengthens our brand, engages our audience and drives impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT: Manage and grow social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Plan content calendars, run campaigns, engage audiences and analyze performance.
- CONTENT CREATION & DESIGN: Design engaging infographics, posts, banners and other digital designs using tools like Canva, Photoshop, illustrator etc.
- VIDEOGRAPHY & REELS: Shoot, edit and produce high-quality videos, short clips, reels, testimonials and impact stories for social media and other platforms.
- WEBSITE UPDATE & MANAGEMENT: Update website, blog/news, pages, with relevant news/reports and resources. Ensure website is user-friendly, up-to-date and SEO-optimized.
- E-COMMERCE SHOP MANAGEMENT: Manage and update our online shop. Upload products, categories, inventory, orders and customers. Ensure accuracy and quality.
- E-NEWSLETTER & DIGITAL COMMUNICATION: Design and communicate newsletters, send campaigns, maintain mailing lists and track performance.
- DIGITAL STORYTELLING & CAMPAIGN CONTENT: Develop compelling stories, captions and campaigns that highlight our work and achievements. Convey impact stories.
- ANALYTICS & REPORTING: Monitor digital performance data and analyze insights and prepare reports to improve our engagement and reach.
- COORDINATION & MULTITASKING: Work closely with teams, coordinate tasks and manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks independently and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in digital communication, social media management, graphic design and/or videography.
Experience in website management (WordPress, preferred).
Experience in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g. WooCommerce or similar).
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / CapCut / Canva.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Strong storytelling, writing and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work independently.
Passion for social issues and community development.
