Digital Designer CAD

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technology-driven Digital Designer (CAD) to join our growing digital design team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience or education in CAD software, 3D modeling, architecture, engineering, industrial design, graphic design, animation, or related fields who are passionate about technology and design.
As a Digital Designer, you will review digital scans, interpret technical specifications, and create high-quality digital designs using specialized CAD software. Through a comprehensive training program, you will gain expertise in dental digital design while building a rewarding career in a rapidly growing technology-driven healthcare industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesReview and evaluate digital scans and technical prescriptions received from dental professionals.Assess scan quality and identify any missing or inaccurate information.Create and modify digital designs using specialized CAD and 3D design software.Ensure designs meet established quality, accuracy, and production standards.Communicate effectively regarding case requirements, scan status, and design-related questions.Adhere to productivity goals and turnaround time expectations.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.Follow established design protocols and procedures with a high level of accuracy.Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development programs.
RequiredTechnical degree, university studies, or equivalent experience in:ArchitectureIndustrial DesignGraphic DesignEngineeringAnimationProduct DesignCAD Design3D ModelingRelated technical disciplinesProficiency in CAD software and/or experience working in 3D digital environments.Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word).Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical processes.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
PreferredExperience with software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Blender, Rhino, SketchUp, Exocad, 3Shape, or similar platforms.Experience in digital production, manufacturing, healthcare technology, or dental environments.Knowledge of CAD workflows and digital modeling processes.
