Plan, launch & optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage & optimize Google Ads campaigns
Run and monitor TikTok Ads campaigns
Develop digital marketing strategies for multiple clients
Analyze campaign performance, CTR, CPC, ROAS & other key metrics
Manage advertising budgets and focus on ROI
Prepare campaign reports & performance insights
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
Support lead generation & sales-focused campaigns
Stay updated with Meta, Google & TikTok algorithm/ad platform changes
Coordinate with the team to improve creatives, campaigns & client results

REQUIREMENTS
Practical experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads & TikTok Ads
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking
Basic understanding of SEO & Content Marketing
WordPress knowledge will be an advantage
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
Good communication & reporting skills
Creative mindset and willingness to learn
