Director De Ventas Y Marketing

At Stay in Tamarindo, we are looking for a Sales, Marketing & Revenue Leader with strategic vision, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to bring teams together around shared goals.
This position will play a key role in the company’s growth, leading and aligning Sales, Reservations, Revenue Management, Channels, and Marketing, with responsibility for achieving revenue targets and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead revenue tracking, analysis, and forecasting.Ensure quarterly and annual revenue targets are achieved.Lead, integrate, and develop the teams under their responsibility.Strengthen a culture of accountability and results.Develop strategies to maximize Sales and Marketing performance.Build and strengthen long-term relationships with property owners.Identify and develop new revenue streams, partnerships, and channels that drive the company’s growth.
