Key Responsibilities Own company-wide inventory management across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring optimal stock levels and compliance. Oversee intake and outtake operations at the main office, including shipping, receiving, and local logistics coordination. Maintain tight stock control through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, transfers, and audit readiness to minimize shrinkage. Manage inventory replenishment, adjustments, and compliance checks across multiple states to support continuous supply. Handle fleet maintenance schedules, registrations, mileage logs, fuel cards, and key management to ensure operational readiness. Develop and implement clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), train teams, and uphold high data accuracy standards. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams on replenishment strategies, aging inventory management, and month-end true-ups. Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turns, shrink rates, days of supply, fill rates, and transfer service level agreements (SLAs). Support special projects related to new market entries and product launches, ensuring smooth operational integration. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in inventory or logistics management for multi-site operations, preferably with regional or multi-country scope. Strong expertise in inventory counts, reconciliations, transfers, and maintaining audit-ready processes. Proven ability to build and implement effective SOPs that enhance operational efficiency. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm and solutions-driven under pressure. Tech-savvy with quick adaptability to new inventory and ERP systems, including Google Workspace and spreadsheet proficiency. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Preferred: Experience in highly regulated industries such as seed-to-sale or controlled substances, familiarity with systems like BioTrack or METRC is a plus. Background in launching new markets or distribution centers, including vendor and carrier management. Experience using EZO asset & inventory management and mytrace CRM/ERP tools.
