Director of Operations

Industry‑leading, employee‑owned consulting firm seeking a Director of Operations with strong leadership, project management, and business unit oversight experience. Must Have: • Bachelor’s in Engineering/Architecture/Construction • 8+ yrs design, construction, forensics, or PM experience • 2+ yrs business unit leadership (staff, revenue, hiring, BD) • Strong financial acumen + operational strategy • Ability to mentor, coach, and lead high‑performing teams • Understanding of building structures + cradle‑to‑grave project flow • PE or AIA preferred
