We are a premier nursing home facility dedicated to providing top-tier care to our residents.Keeping our facility running smoothly takes a strong team, and we are looking for a sharp,resilient Recruiter to fill every role in our building—from RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to dietary,housekeeping, and administrative staff.
What You’ll Do
● Drive Full-Cycle Hiring: Source, screen, interview, and onboard high-quality candidatesacross all facility departments.● Engage & Connect: Serve as the friendly, welcoming voice of our facility while buildingstrong pipelines of compassionate healthcare professionals.● Stay Sharp & Detailed: Manage high-volume applicant tracking, credentials verification,reference checks, and compliance documentation with zero errors.● Hold the Line: Thrive under pressure, make decisive hiring choices, managehigh-turnover urgency, and push back when quality standards aren't met.● Collaborate Daily: Work directly with Department Heads to understand immediatestaffing needs and deliver reliable candidates fast.
