About the role
GOSECO International Executive Search® has been exclusively retained by a leading global customer experience and business process outsourcing organization to lead the search for its next Director of Recruiting - North America. The role leads recruitment functions supporting operations in Mexico and the United States, helping drive workforce growth and talent acquisition excellence.
The client provides customer experience solutions and business process outsourcing services, with operations spanning the United States, Mexico, India, and Latin America. It serves multinational companies across healthcare, telecommunications, and consumer sectors, using skilled professionals and AI-enabled technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment functions supporting operations in Mexico and the United States.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain talent for current operations and future growth.
- Partner with executive leadership, human resources, operations, finance, and marketing to align workforce planning with business objectives.
- Support scalable recruitment strategies and improve organizational capabilities.
