Director of Student Life

Keiser University Latin American Campus is seeking an experienced Director of Student Life to lead Student Services operations and foster a safe, supportive, engaging, and student-centered campus environment.
Reporting to the Campus President, the Director will provide leadership for student services and programs that support students' academic, personal, social, and professional development.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise Student Life functions, including Student Activities, Athletics, Residential Services, Student Leadership, Counseling, Career Services, Immigration Services, Pastoral Life, health-related student services, and Student Security.Oversee the Student Government Association (SGA), student organizations, clubs, and extracurricular programs.Develop programs that strengthen student engagement, leadership, development, and campus life.Develop and administer student policies, procedures, standards of conduct, and the Student Handbook.Coordinate major student events, including orientation and graduation.Maintain effective relationships with parents, alumni, community organizations, and local authorities on student-related matters.Collaborate across university departments to provide a comprehensive student experience.
