Director of Wellness Operations

About the role

The Director of Wellness Operations oversees the wellness department and supports the physical, mental, and emotional health of guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day wellness operations, coordinating the wellness team according to business demands and fulfilling annual targets and KPIs.
• Support and collaborate with the VP of Wellness in executing corporate-led initiatives at property level.
• Oversee Holistic, Fitness, Spa, Beauty, Salon, and Hydrotherapy.
• Coordinate the SHA Wellness team and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Maintain constant communication and alignment with the Medical Director of the Clinic Area, ensuring Wellness and Clinic work together as one team.
• Manage teams across the wellness disciplines, including daily communication of relevant guest information, follow-up of clinic cases, and performance of all team members.
• Create a positive and supportive environment conducive to wellness and foster a culture of health.
