2 PM DISPATCHERS

LOCATION: FLOWER MOUND, TEXAS

SCHEDULE: 4:00 PM TO 2:00 AM
DISPATCHER 1: SUNDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY
DISPATCHER 2: WEDNESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

STARTING PAY $17.00 PER HOUR

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring and tracking all inbound and outbound truck arrivals and departures to ensure schedules are maintained.
- Preparing and organizing all required shipping and transportation paperwork for drivers before departure.
- Accurately entering dispatch times, trailer information, and operational data into our EOS system.
- Communicating with drivers, warehouse supervisors, and management regarding delays, schedule changes, or operational issues.
- Verifying dispatch documentation for accuracy and ensuring all required information is complete.
- Assisting with coordinating dock activity to help maintain efficient truck flow throughout the shift.
- Reporting any exceptions, service issues, or transportation delays to management in a timely manner.
- Providing general administrative support to the transportation and warehouse operations team as needed.
