Callorange is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring fluent English communication skills. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional service and support. Coordinate dispatch operations by efficiently scheduling and routing drivers to meet customer needs. Maintain clear and accurate communication with team members to ensure effective and timely service delivery. Monitor and track delivery statuses, adjusting schedules as needed to optimize performance. Document and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring timely follow-up to maintain satisfaction. Utilize customer management software to log interactions and update customer information accurately. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service and operational procedures. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service focus. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service or dispatch operations is highly preferred. Proficiency with Windows-based operating systems.
