Dispatcher

The dispatch-deliveries representative is responsible for the logistic process of the loads. They are the owners of the process of contacting the carriers, investigating, and finding the status of the loads. The main function of the dispatch-delivered is confirming that the load was delivered and making the updates in the systems.
Responsibilities are as follows and not limited to:
Maintain constant communication with the carriers.Leave specific and clear notes about the actions made.Constant communication with the team leads or supervisors to request more workload.Make phone calls and send emails to the carriers if necessary.Track and trace the different loads that appear on the board daily.
Skills and Knowledge:
B2 High English Level.At least 1 year of Logistics experienceComputer Skills.Time management.Organized.High attention to detail.Proven team member with the ability to collaborate across all departments.
