Required skills include English C1-C2 proficiency, strong organizational and analytical skills, proficiency in Office/Google Docs, excellent teamwork, negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Preferred experience includes prior dispatch or logistics coordination, familiarity with GPS and dispatch software, and knowledge of local transportation regulations.
