Dispatcher-Logistics

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher with previous experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch operations. This role involves coordinating daily dispatch activities, monitoring schedules, communicating with drivers and logistics teams, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
This position will begin on a part-time basis during the training period, with the expectation of transitioning to full-time employment afterward. Candidates must be comfortable working rotating or assigned shifts, which may occasionally include weekends.
Salary during training: USD 800 monthly once the role transitions to FT the salary goes up to USD 1,700 based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely pickups, deliveries, and schedule updates.Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve operational issues.Track shipments, routes, and delivery schedules to ensure efficient logistics operations.Handle last-minute changes, delays, and urgent dispatch requests.Maintain accurate dispatch records, reports, and operational documentation.Support smooth communication and coordination across teams.
Requirements
Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or a similar role is required.Availability to work a shift-based schedule, including occasional weekends.Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent requests, and work independently.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, or logistics management tools is preferred.
