Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented Document Control / BOM Specialist to join our team at our jewelry manufacturing facility in the San Isidro Free Zone, Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic.The Document Control / BOM Specialist will be responsible for creating, transcribing, managing, updating, and controlling technical documentation and BOMs (Bill of Materials) related to our jewelry products and manufacturing processes.The position will be responsible for migrating existing information from the current system to a new system, ensuring that all information transferred is accurate, complete, and consistent.The specialist will also create BOMs for new products when required, maintain existing BOM information, and work with Multilevel BOMs.Key responsibilities include reviewing technical information, identifying differences, inconsistencies, or incomplete data, making the corresponding corrections, and following up on discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.The position will work closely with Engineering and other internal teams to maintain accurate, organized, updated, and traceable technical documentation.Because the position requires handling technical documentation in English, advanced/fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken, is an essential requirement.📍 Location: San Isidro Free Zone, Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic💼 Work Arrangement: On-site🕐 Employment Type: Full-time

RequirementsPrevious experience in Document Control, preferably in a manufacturing or Free Zone environment.Experience creating, maintaining, transcribing, and/or updating BOMs (Bill of Materials).Previous experience working as a Document Control Specialist or in a related position.Experience creating and managing Multilevel BOMs.Excellent data entry and data management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to identify errors, differences, inconsistencies, and incomplete information.Highly organized and methodical.Ability to work with large amounts of technical data.Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring a high level of concentration and precision.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical documentation in English.Advanced/Fluent English – written and spoken.Fluent Spanish – written and spoken.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively with Engineering and other internal departments.
