Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality personal care including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Ensure client safety and comfort by adhering to care plans and reporting condition changes. Offer companionship and emotional support to improve clients’ quality of life. Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the care team. Assist with medication management and encourage compliance with health regimens. Conduct regular client assessments to meet evolving care needs. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications Care Certificate or equivalent health and social care qualification. Strong compassion, empathy, and interpersonal skills. Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for client visits. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Previous caregiving experience preferred but not mandatory.
