The role involves building scalable .NET applications across frontend, backend, and data layers, while leveraging AWS-native services and following SAFe Agile practices.Primary (Mandatory) SkillsStrong hands-on experience with .NET Core (6/8+) and C# for backend developmentExperience in developing scalable full-stack applications (frontend, backend, data handling)Strong SQL skills including writing queries, scripts, and database interactionsHands-on experience with AWS API development including serverless and event-driven architectureExperience with AWS CDK for infrastructure provisioning and template consumptionStrong understanding of RESTful API design and documentation using Swagger/OpenAPIExperience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflowsHands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch and AWS X-RayStrong experience in Unit Testing frameworks such as NUnit or xUnit with TDD practicesAbility to ensure proper API documentation and publishing to developer portalsExperience working in Agile/SAFe environment and participation in sprint ceremoniesProven ability to work effectively in remote and distributed teamsStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)Secondary (Nice to have) Skills: Experience in Insurance and Claims domainFamiliarity with Guidewire platform or implementation projectsExposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems designExperience contributing to solution design discussions and lightweight architecture reviewsStrong focus on performance optimization and observability best practices
