Driver (Code 08-14) - Full-Time in Cosmo City, Gauteng

The Courier Guy is looking for a reliable and skilled Driver (Code 08-14) to join our team in Cosmo City, Gauteng, South Africa . This full-time position plays a crucial role in the safe and timely transport of goods and personnel, supporting our commitment to excellent service and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles following traffic laws and internal policies. Deliver goods and transport personnel to assigned locations on schedule. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage. Assist with loading and unloading goods, verifying delivery accuracy and completeness. Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding any delays or issues. Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance driving skills and stay updated on procedures. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education. Valid Code 08-14 driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous driving experience preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of road safety and driving regulations. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks related to the role. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
