inDrive is looking for a Driver Operations Specialist to join its team in the Dominican Republic. The role owns driver acquisition strategy for the market, working with regional leadership to design, execute, and iterate on initiatives that grow and activate the driver base. It offers an opportunity for someone early-to-mid career to grow within a fast-scaling, multinational operation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to attract, activate, and retain drivers through acquisition channels, tools, and team management.
• Use reporting tools and study socio-economic landscapes and user behavior across regions, cities, and markets to inform strategy.
• Plan and oversee recruitment budgets in alignment with KPIs for driver acquisition, supply hours, and active drivers.
• Study new cities or markets through in-depth interviews with users and stakeholders. Conduct interviews and focus groups, draw actionable conclusions, and use findings to improve products and services.
• Evaluate competitors in targeted markets to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional cooperation with business development, marketing, and marketplace efficiency teams.
• Operate with strong ownership, proactive communication, and the ability to bring solutions to leaders.
