DTC Head of Growth

🚀 We are hiring a Head of Growth at Resparked!At Resparked, we're reigniting the creative spark — we sell DIY and crafting kits in the US market through Shopify, Amazon, and different marketplaces. We're growing 2x year over year, and we need a Head of Growth to take full ownership of our revenue engine.
What you'll doYou'll own Growth's P&L: DTC revenue and blended MER. You'll lead a team of 12 across Paid Media, Creative Strategy, and CRO/Funnels, with a strong focus on Meta Ads and expansion into TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Applovin, Native, and Affiliates.This isn't a "set the strategy and delegate" role: you'll run the creative pipeline like a factory, relentlessly test funnels and offers, and scale paid media with rigor. You'll report directly to the CEO and sit on the Management Team, alongside the heads of People, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product.
What we're looking for✅ 7+ years in digital marketing leading growth strategy and the full acquisition funnel, for DTC brands✅ Expert-level command of Meta Ads + hands-on experience with non-Meta channels✅ Analytical mindset, with experience integrating Paid Media, CRO, and Funnels✅ Advanced (C1) English & Experience leading cross-functional teams✅ Ideally based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
