Dynamics Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics CRM & Power BI Engineer to design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise CRM and Business Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure services, SQL, and DevOps practices. This role requires collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, actionable insights, and secure, compliant applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and support Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, and Power BI solutions.Design interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business and operational reporting.Build and optimize data models, data pipelines, and integrations using Azure and Dataverse.Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, environment configurations, and system performance.Implement security, governance, and compliance standards including HIPAA and SOC2.Troubleshoot production issues and provide continuous improvements across CRM and BI platforms.Collaborate with business users, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Required SkillsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Marketing)Power BI, DAX, Power QueryPower Apps & DataverseAzure Services (Synapse, Fabric, Lakehouse)SQL & Data WarehousingAzure DevOps (ADO) and CI/CDEntra ID, Row-Level Security, and Monitoring ToolsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with healthcare industry regulations and compliance frameworks.Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, or Azure certifications.Experience with test automation, performance tuning, and enterprise-scale implementations.
