Dynamics FO Functional Analyst

About the role

The Dynamics 365 F&O Business Systems Analyst supports business applications, system operations, and process improvement initiatives. The role provides functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, helping ensure effective system performance, timely resolution of user issues, and alignment between business processes and technology solutions. It combines business analysis, application support, user enablement, and project involvement.

The role supports approximately 50 end users and involves production support, system enhancements, testing, documentation, training, and continuous improvement. The analyst collaborates with business stakeholders, end users, developers, and third-party partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Manage and resolve user support requests, incidents, and application-related issues through ticketing processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with developers and external partners to resolve them.
• Support production environments while ensuring system stability and business continuity.
• Partner with business users to understand requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Conduct requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis, and support solution design activities.
• Support implementation projects, system enhancements, upgrades, and process optimization initiatives.
• Perform functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain system documentation, process documentation, and user guides.
• Provide training and guidance to end users.

Requirements

• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience, particularly across Supply Chain, Logistics, Trade, and Finance processes.
