Dynamics 365 F&O Business Systems Analyst
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Business Systems Analyst to serve as the primary functional expert supporting our ERP environment.This role requires a hands-on professional with deep experience across multiple D365 F&O modules, particularly within Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, Trade, and Finance. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, helping investigate complex issues, optimize business processes, support end users, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.The successful candidate will combine strong ERP functional expertise, business analysis capabilities, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with end users, leadership teams, developers, and third-party partners.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary functional support resource for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Provide day-to-day support for business users across multiple functional areas.Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and business process issues.Analyze support tickets, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions with technical teams and partners.Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice ERP solutions.Support testing activities, including functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.Create and maintain business process documentation, training materials, and user guides.Train and support end users to maximize adoption and system effectiveness.Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and IT teams.Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.Work closely with implementation partners and external vendors when necessary.
Required Experience
4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Strong functional expertise across multiple D365 F&O modules, including:Supply Chain ManagementProcurement & SourcingInventory ManagementWarehouse ManagementLogisticsTrade & ComplianceFinanceExperience supporting production ERP environments.Experience troubleshooting complex business and system issues.Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.Experience leading or supporting UAT and testing initiatives.Experience supporting end users in a business-facing role.Strong understanding of ERP best practices and business processes.Advanced English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
D365 F&O certifications.Experience with Microsoft Power BI.Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain organizations.Experience working with third-party implementation partners.Experience supporting multinational operations.
