Position Overview We are hiring an E-commerce Manager & Strategic Partner to work onsite at our West Palm Beach, FL office . This role will lead the growth of our e-commerce operations by owning digital strategy, managing website content, executing SEO/SEM campaigns, and driving regional traffic and conversions. This position offers a competitive base salary of $80,000 per year , plus quarterly commissions based on online enhanced order performance and a year-end bonus tied to overall growth. Top performers can earn between $300,000 and $350,000 annually . Main Tasks and Responsibilities Website Management: Update and maintain product listings, banners, landing pages, and promotional content. SEO/SEM Campaigns: Lead organic and paid search initiatives including Google Ads and Meta platforms to attract qualified traffic. Conversion Optimization: Enhance the customer journey to increase wholesale order conversions on the website. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and ROI using Google Analytics, GA4, and other analytics tools. Local Market Focus: Strategically grow digital conversions specifically from the West Palm Beach area. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work onsite daily with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies. Promotional Campaign Execution: Plan and implement seasonal, holiday, and product-specific online promotions. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor digital strategies to identify opportunities and threats. Qualifications Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta advertising, and analytics tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for onsite teamwork. Ability to analyze data and optimize website performance for conversion growth. Passion for driving business growth through innovative digital strategies. Location: This is an onsite role based in West Palm Beach, FL. Remote work is not available. Compensation: $80,000 base salary per year + quarterly commissions + year-end bonus.
