About the role
Xploy Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to oversee marketplace operations on Amazon and Walmart. The role involves keeping an online bakery shop running smoothly, including product listings, catalog data, customer inquiries, pricing, and platform support cases.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain product listings on Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Partner Center.
- Troubleshoot suppressed listings, search suppression, title mismatches, and imagery errors.
- Submit platform support requests to correct attributes, titles, bullet points, and product categorizations.
- Monitor open support cases and investigate account health issues, listing suspensions, and policy flags until cases are resolved.
- Audit inventory levels to help prevent overselling or inactive listing flags.
- Respond to customer messages, inquiry tickets, and platform messages within required SLA timeframes.
- Track and reply to product reviews and seller feedback in accordance with platform guidelines and the brand voice.
- Address order issues, shipping inquiries, and refunds to maintain seller performance metrics.
- Update product pricing, promotional discounts, and seasonal offers, and track pricing accuracy to avoid buy-box losses or automated price suppression.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Partner Center.
- Deep understanding of Amazon catalog feeds and Walmart listing specifications.
