About the role

At BOE Technology, you will assist in implementing the MESH (Environment, Safety and Health Management System) and use MESH tools to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support site risk assessments to identify hazards and critical EHS issues.
• Support tracking appropriate leading and lagging indicators to monitor EHS performance.
• Support monitoring and achievement of the center's environmental, health and safety objectives.
• Support and promote a culture of zero EHS incidents at all facilities.
• Support EHS commitments through EHS teams and committees needed to achieve the goals and objectives set for the year.
• Work with the EHS supervisor and EHS element champions to complete an annual assessment of compliance with national, state and local EHS regulations.
• Support efforts for third-party recognition for programs that establish the site and Eaton's EHS program as world class.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years as an EHS supervisor.
• English as a working language.
