About the role
ENG is a BIM company specializing in hands-on, field-focused BIM services. Founded in 2007, ENG has completed 5,000 BIM projects with a dedicated team of over 500 staff members. Its services include MEP modeling, VDC/BIM management, laser scanning, Scan to BIM, and other BIM production services for architects, engineers, and owners.
The Job Captain leads modelers on assigned projects, combining modeling work with coordination of the team's actions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor modelers on software usage and best practices.
- Identify missing information and handle RFI/RFCs.
- Perform quality control within assigned disciplines.
- Complete modeling tasks and develop excellent models.
- Coordinate modelers' actions within the project.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency.
- More than 5 years of BIM experience.
- Engineering degree.
- More than 5 years of experience using Revit, Navisworks, RECAP, and Cloud Compare for electrical projects.
- Experience managing teams and dealing with clients.
- Experience with LOD 400.
