Electrical Supervisor

Antilles Power Depot is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our field operations and electrical service team. The ideal candidate is a licensed electrician expert with strong experience in power generation, electrical systems, field service, and team supervision.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise and provide technical direction to field electricians and technicians.Coordinate daily dispatch and field service activities.Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of generators.Lead automatic transfer switch (ATS) replacements, repairs, and testing.Supervise substation repairs and electrical distribution work.Ensure quality, safety, productivity, and proper documentation of field work.Coordinate with Service, Parts, Sales, and Management.Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting when needed.Train, coach, and hold field personnel accountable for performance.
RequirementsValid Puerto Rico Perito Electricista license – Required.5+ years of electrical field experience.2+ years of supervisory or lead experience.Experience with generators, ATS, electrical distribution systems, and substations.Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.Valid driver's license and availability to travel throughout Puerto Rico.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
