About the RoleWe're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to help plan, write, and send email campaigns that keep our customers engaged. In this role, you'll build emails, schedule sends, and track how they perform. The ideal candidate loves writing, enjoys email marketing tools, and pays close attention to the details that make an email look and feel great. Key Responsibilities• Build, schedule, and send email campaigns using our email marketing platform.• Write and edit email subject lines and copy that are clear, on-brand, and easy to read.• Help plan a regular email calendar (daily and weekly sends) alongside the marketing team.• Set up simple email lists and audience groups so the right message reaches the right people.• Track basic email results — open rates, click rates, and unsubscribes — and share what's working.• Test different subject lines, send times, and email designs to see what performs best.• Work closely with designers and the rest of the marketing team to keep emails looking polished and consistent. Qualifications• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.• Experience: 1–3 years of experience with email marketing or a similar marketing role.• Technical Skills: Comfortable using an email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar); basic familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.• Writing Skills: Strong, clear writing with good attention to detail and grammar.• Organization: Able to keep track of multiple email campaigns and deadlines at once.• Communication: Comfortable collaborating with designers and teammates to get emails out the door.• Customer-Centric Mindset: Genuine interest in what makes an email enjoyable and useful to read.
