Your Key TasksOversee the daily execution of excursions, transfers, and other operational servicesCoordinate operational activities with destination representatives, drivers, suppliers, airports, and internal teamsMonitor schedules and service delivery to ensure smooth and timely operationsMaintain accurate operational records, passenger lists, vouchers, and service documentationManage operational incidents, last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requestsProvide ongoing support to destination representatives and proactively escalate service, quality, or safety issuesPrepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and policies
Your ProfilePrevious experience in tourism operations, hospitality, a DMC, or a tour operator environment is preferredStrong organizational, coordination, and prioritization skillsClear verbal and written communication skillsService-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilityAbility to manage incidents and work effectively under operational pressureAvailability to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays according to operational needsResidence in Punta Cana or willingness to relocate
