Key Responsibilities Develop and execute employer branding strategies that enhance Sun Australia Agency’s reputation as an employer of choice in Sydney and nationwide. Create engaging content for social media, career pages, and recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates. Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to align branding efforts with hiring goals and company culture. Analyze employer branding metrics and candidate feedback to continuously improve outreach effectiveness. Coordinate employer branding events and virtual campaigns to increase brand visibility and candidate engagement. Manage relationships with external vendors, including creative agencies and job boards, to optimize campaign performance. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep branding strategies innovative and competitive. Support internal communications that promote employee advocacy and positive workplace culture. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 2 years experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or HR communications. Strong content creation skills with proficiency in digital platforms and social media management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Analytical mindset to measure campaign success and adapt strategies accordingly. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate across teams. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related field. Experience with employer branding tools and analytics platforms.
