Endpoint Engineer

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to design, implement, manage, and optimize enterprise endpoint management solutions. The role includes diagnosing complex incidents escalated from L1 support teams, supporting workplace technologies, and collaborating with infrastructure, security, application, and service delivery teams.

The position focuses on endpoint transformation, security and compliance, and automated solutions that enhance the end-user digital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for endpoint and workplace technology.
• Manage and deploy VMware VDI provisioning requests.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Mac device issues.
• Lead endpoint modernization and workplace transformation initiatives.
• Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications using industry-standard methods.
• Create and maintain MSI, MSIX, EXE, App-V, and IntuneWin packages.
• Perform application compatibility assessments and remediation.
• Develop deployment strategies and rollout plans for enterprise-wide software releases.
• Maintain application deployment standards and documentation.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, application packaging and deployment, endpoint automation, and modern device management.
