We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Order Management operations, drive service excellence, and support business transformation initiatives across customer service and supply chain functions. The role will focus on operational performance, stakeholder management, team leadership, and continuous improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Order Management operations and service delivery.Drive operational excellence through KPI and SLA management.Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to improve performance.Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.Lead transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.Develop and coach teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Shared Services, or Order-to-Cash operations.Experience leading operational teams and managing stakeholders.Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and customer service operations. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems. Advanced English proficiency.
