About the role

Responsibilities

• Investigate problems, identify optimal solutions and make changes as required to satisfy project and product requirements.
• Evaluate problems or opportunities, initiate activities, identify solutions, and use standard engineering analysis tools to evaluate and select solutions.
• Direct or coordinate the work of designers, technicians, vendors and others who assist with specific assignments.
• Support the development of other Controls Engineers in Elyria and in the manufacturing facilities.
• Serve as a machining specialist for the organization.
