Engineer - Quality

At Hayco, we are looking for an Engineer I, Manufacturing Quality to join our Quality team and support continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This role is ideal for an early-career engineer who is passionate about quality systems, process improvement, root cause analysis, and driving operational excellence. The selected candidate will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials, and Quality teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively implemented and sustained.
Key Responsibilities✅ Lead implementation of customer specification changes and change control activities.✅ Support CAPA investigations, quality incidents, and root cause analysis.✅ Analyze quality and process data to identify improvement opportunities.✅ Execute and support process audits and quality system initiatives.✅ Generate reports and track improvement actions.✅ Support validation activities and engineering studies.✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and compliance objectives.
Qualifications✔ Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.✔ 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.✔ Knowledge of quality tools, statistics, and technical documentation.✔ English proficiency.✔ Experience with Minitab, Six Sigma, CQE, or quality certifications is a plus.
