The consultant will support the planning, design, and implementation of disaster recovery projects, ensuring technical solutions align with federal funding and compliance requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting analyses of infrastructure and recovery needs, preparing technical documentation and reports, and advising clients on engineering approaches that meet regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating with project managers and stakeholders, reviewing project plans for feasibility and integration, and contributing to risk assessments and mitigation strategies. The Engineering Consultant will also assist in site visit and project inspections. sh; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
