Funciones
- Develop and implement equipment renewal, TPM, preventive & predictive maintenance strategies.
- Manage capital budgets, investments, and improvement projects.
- Lead equipment installations, production line ramp-ups, layouts & transfers.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, process optimization & operational efficiency.
- Support New Product Development, process development & product launches.
- Analyze and resolve equipment, manufacturing & process issues to minimize downtime.
Requisitos
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- +8 years of experience in a similar roles.
- Bachelor degree Industrial, Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related
