About the role
NAPS Careers is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead Engineering operations within an international manufacturing company. The role calls for strong experience in team leadership, continuous improvement, and project management to drive operational efficiency and support the growth of the Engineering department.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Engineering team.
- Define and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes.
- Manage engineering projects, departmental budgets, and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction, and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience leading Engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, CNC equipment, and AutoCAD or equivalent design software.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and engineering tools such as SPC, FMEA, DOE, TPM, and JIT.
- Valid U.S. visa.
- Availability to travel.
