Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering operations within an international manufacturing company. We are seeking a professional with strong experience in team leadership, continuous improvement, and project management, capable of driving operational efficiency and supporting the growth of the Engineering department.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop the Engineering team.Define and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes.Manage engineering projects, departmental budgets, and key performance indicators.Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Promote continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction, and process optimization.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.More than 5 years of experience leading Engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.Advanced English proficiency.Experience with manufacturing processes, CNC equipment, and AutoCAD or equivalent design software.Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and engineering tools such as SPC, FMEA, DOE, TPM, and JIT.Valid U.S. visa.Availability to travel.
