Role Description The English Second Language Teacher at Diaglobal Language School will deliver engaging online lessons to learners at various proficiency levels, focusing on communicative skills, grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking. This contract, remote role involves preparing lesson plans and materials aligned with curriculum standards, assessing learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and feedback, and adapting teaching methods to individual and group needs. The teacher will conduct live virtual classes, maintain accurate records of attendance and performance, and collaborate with the academic team to refine course content and teaching strategies. The role may also include providing guidance for learners preparing for standardized English exams, participating in periodic training sessions, and ensuring a supportive, inclusive learning environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong classroom and online English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language skills.Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and course organization skills.Candidates should possess experience with exam preparation, particularly IELTS and similar English proficiency assessments.Candidates should possess clear spoken and written English communication skills and the ability to explain concepts simply.Candidates should possess familiarity with online teaching platforms, basic technology proficiency, and reliable internet access.Candidates should possess a relevant teaching qualification or certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) and prior ESL/EFL teaching experience.Candidates should possess strong intercultural awareness, patience, and the ability to support learners from diverse backgrounds.
