Engage clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Use CRM software to manage leads, client interactions, and transaction records. Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to verify estimate feasibility and accuracy. Prepare and present proposals that clearly communicate service benefits. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure alignment with estimates. Provide after-sales support to maintain strong client relationships. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field. Proven estimating and sales experience in a similar role. Proficiency in CRM and relevant sales/estimating tools. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
