Role Description The English Teacher will deliver high-quality English lessons to adult learners in professional and corporate environments, focusing on business communication and workplace language skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, adapting materials to learner needs, assessing progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will collaborate with the training team to align course content with client objectives and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cali, requiring consistent in-person collaboration with learners and colleagues.
QualificationsStrong English Teaching skills, with experience in adult or professional education settings.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education methodologies, including designing structured, goal-oriented lessons for CEOs and C-level professionals. Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt to diverse learner profiles.Native-level proficiency in English, with advanced grammar and vocabulary knowledge.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) are a plus.Experience teaching business or workplace English and familiarity with corporate training environments.Ability to work on-site in Cali/Bogotá (is a plus), manage groups and individual learners, and maintain a professional classroom environment.
