The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze existing processes, gather requirements, and translate them into ERP system configurations and workflows. Daily responsibilities include supporting ERP implementations, testing and validating functional changes, preparing documentation, and providing user training and post-implementation support. The role also involves collaborating with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate data flows, resolving functional issues, and recommending improvements that enhance system usability and business performance. The consultant is expected to partner with technical teams, manage tasks and timelines, and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.QualificationsStrong understanding of business processes and experience aligning them with ERP solutions.Demonstrated analytical skills for requirements gathering, process mapping, and data validation.Hands-on experience with ERP implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) configuration or support. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.Knowledge of finance processes and how they integrate with ERP modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, budgeting).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain functional concepts to non-technical audiences.Experience with project work, including testing, documentation, and training; familiarity with change management is an advantage.Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering reliable, user-focused solutions.
