Key Responsibilities Engage potential customers to assess fiber internet needs and recommend customized solutions. Make outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities. Educate customers on fiber optic benefits and respond to their questions effectively. Work closely with team members and management to create and implement sales strategies. Monitor and report sales performance metrics to optimize sales tactics. Provide outstanding customer service by resolving concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance your sales skills continuously. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or communications is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Demonstrated sales ability or experience in customer service roles preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous. 0-2 years of sales or related experience; ideal for entry-level candidates.
