Key Responsibilities Assist in installing HVAC systems following manufacturer specifications and company standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration units. Deliver excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients about their HVAC needs. Work alongside senior technicians to complete service calls and repairs safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation of service procedures and records. Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills and knowledge. Support sales efforts by promoting additional HVAC services and products when appropriate. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Prior HVAC or related experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of HVAC system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting is a plus. HVAC or refrigeration certifications (e.g., EPA certification) are advantageous. Familiarity with HVAC tools and software is beneficial. Commitment to ethical work practices and excellent customer service. We offer a commission-based pay structure with an annual salary around $40,000. This position is full-time and based in Mesa, AZ.
