Location: 330 E Southern Ave STE 5, Mesa, AZ 85210 Join Mesa Premier Locksmith & Garage Repair LLC as an Entry Level Locksmith Technician in Mesa, Arizona. No prior experience is needed. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per year and the opportunity to grow professionally in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer requests for lockouts, repairs, and installations. Use locksmith tools and techniques to handle various locking mechanisms. Deliver excellent customer service by clearly communicating and understanding client needs. Diagnose lock and key problems and develop effective solutions. Keep accurate records of services and inventory management. Collaborate with senior technicians on complex projects. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with locksmithing advancements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Basic locksmithing, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude related to locksmith trade. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methods. Industry certifications are a plus but not required. Customer-facing experience is advantageous. Work closely with experienced locksmiths and report to the Lead Locksmith for mentorship and guidance. This role is not remote and requires presence at our Mesa location.
