ResponsibilitiesProviding ongoing support to super users and business analysts, triaging issues, and ensuring timely resolutionOwnership of incident, change or service requests until closureEnsure that backlog is monitored in ServiceNow and acted upon according to business prioritiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery and knowledge transfer to super users and team membersFacilitate super user training and UAT testing related with code release cyclesParticipate in initiatives, contributing business knowledge and application insightsSome tasks and projects may be assigned under the direction of the supervisor.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree within IT/ Logistics/FinanceHave 3+ years of experience as a Consultant with D365F&O or AX2012 or another ERP, ideally within international or multi-cultural enterprisesAre familiar with ServiceNow or Azure DevOpsPossess strong understanding of wholesale, finance and hub processesCommunicate fluently in English and bring a collaborative mindset to team assignmentsTravel availability is expected
