Estimator

We are looking for a dedicated Estimator to join our team. In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers—you’ll be a vital bridge between our project vision and reality. You will manage project estimates, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure material accuracy to keep our projects on track and within budget. If you are a Civil Engineer or Architect with a few years of experience and a sharp eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll DoProactively search for new project opportunities.Handle quotations, manage purchasing, and negotiate with suppliers for construction-related products and services.Ensure all materials meet project specifications and standards.Schedule and attend key meetings, and serve as a central hub of information for the broader project team.Read and interpret plans to ensure accurate outsourcing and material ordering.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.Experience: 1–3 years in construction-related roles or administrative positions (e.g., Project Assistant).Industry Knowledge: Proven experience dealing with construction suppliers and a solid understanding of procurement processes.Language: Advanced, fluent English (written and verbal) is essential for collaboration.Skills: Strong organizational abilities, proficiency in plan reading, and experience in managing outsourcing services.
CompensationBase Salary: Q5,500.00Statutory Bonus: Q250.00Productivity Bonus: Q1,750.00Total Monthly Compensation: Q7,500.00
