About the role
Plan A Technologies is looking for an expert ET FCC / EPM Techno-Functional Specialist to provide technical, functional, and accounting expertise across its Oracle EPM landscape. The role bridges financial accounting requirements and technical system execution, with a focus on the relationships between Oracle FCC, PBCS, and the broader ERP environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise across Oracle FCC and PBCS to ensure system architecture aligns with business accounting needs.
- Support Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Serve as a subject matter expert to apply EPM leading practices across configurations and workflows.
- Review and validate integration builds during SIT and UAT for data quality, cross-module alignment, and deployment readiness.
- Manage and optimize relationships between EPM modules and the ERP to support data flow and reporting accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in EPM implementation or administration in techno-functional roles.
- Proven experience with Oracle FCC (Financial Consolidation and Close) and PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience participating in and leading CRP, SIT, and UAT phases for large-scale initiatives.
