We are seeking a consultant to provide flexible functional and technical support for EtQ Reliance across multiple initiatives. This role will support ongoing enhancement work, issue resolution, stakeholder requests, and data-related activities as business needs evolve. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and able to contribute across both project delivery and day-to-day support.Key responsibilitiesProvide general support for EtQ Reliance, including troubleshooting defects, resolving user issues, and supporting enhancement requestsContribute to multiple concurrent projects with changing priorities and open-ended scopePartner with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs, clarify requirements, and help deliver practical solutionsSupport data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolutionTranslate business requirements into system updates, configuration changes, or support recommendationsDocument design decisions, support procedures, and Computer System Validation (CSV) deliverables, including test execution and change control activitiesExecute queries and perform data analysis for troubleshooting, reporting, and validation purposesMaintain support records and communicate status, actions, and risks to appropriate stakeholdersCollaborate effectively with blended teams that may include employees, suppliers, partners, and onshore or offshore consultantsShare knowledge with team members and help improve overall support effectivenessPreferred qualificationsBachelor’s degree and relevant experience in information technology, application support, systems administration, or software development; equivalent consulting experience will also be consideredExperience supporting enterprise applications in a regulated or process-driven environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and apply technical information quicklyExperience with data migration, data cleansing, and validation activities requiring strong attention to detailExperience with relational databases, including Microsoft SQL ServerKnowledge of one or more programming or scripting languagesExperience translating user or business requirements into system or software solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organizationStrong interpersonal and customer service skills, especially when supporting users with varying levels of technical expertiseAbility to work independently in a virtual, geographically distributed team environmentIdeal candidate profileAdaptable and comfortable supporting both planned project work and unplanned operational issuesDetail-oriented and focused on high-quality, accurate resultsAble to balance stakeholder support, technical execution, and data integrity responsibilitiesEffective in consultant-style roles where priorities may shift based on business demand
